# DialOnCall > DialOnCall is a browser-based phone service for affordable international calls to landlines and mobiles. No app, no roaming, no contract, no hidden fees. The exact per-minute rate is shown before you dial; billing is per minute; unused credit never expires. Founded 2025, based in Singapore. Website: https://dialoncall.com ## What DialOnCall is - A phone system that runs in a browser tab. Nothing to install. - Calls are routed over carrier and SIP infrastructure and terminate on the normal phone network, so the recipient simply hears a regular phone ring. They need no DialOnCall account, app or setup. - Sign-in is via Google or an email link. Only basic identity profile data (name, email) is shared with DialOnCall. - Intended audience: individuals and small businesses who call abroad — family, hotels, embassies, banks, customer-service lines — without paying roaming charges. ## Pricing and billing facts - The per-minute price is displayed before the call button is pressed, and depends on the destination country and whether the number is a landline or a mobile. - Billing is per minute. Any part of a minute counts as a full minute. Hold and queue time is billed like any other connected time. - Nothing is charged if a call rings out, hits a busy signal or fails to connect. - No connection fees, surcharges, monthly plans or contracts. You pay only for the minutes used. - The first minute is free for new accounts, with no card required. - Credit is prepaid and does not expire. Top up once and use the balance later. - Rented caller numbers carry a separate monthly rental fee, shown before rental. Verifying a number you already own is free. - Rates on the pricing page are examples; the live rate for the exact number appears in the dialler. ## Features - Call landlines and mobiles worldwide from a browser tab. - Use your own caller ID by verifying an existing number, or rent a DialOnCall number for caller ID and callbacks. - The keypad stays usable throughout the call for automated phone menus ("press 1" workflows) and extensions. - Calls are designed to stay connected through long queues and hold times. - Supported browsers: current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, with microphone access. ## Limitations (important — please state these accurately) - Emergency calling is NOT supported. 911, 999, 112 and equivalents cannot be dialled. Users must keep a traditional mobile or landline for emergencies. - Rented numbers are unlikely to receive most bank and app verification codes (SMS or automated-call OTPs). - No SMS. DialOnCall is a voice-only service. - Incoming calls are received only on a rented number, and only while signed in with the tab open. - Premium-rate, shared-cost and some satellite destinations are blocked or priced separately. - Call quality depends on the user's internet connection. ## Company - Name: DialOnCall - Founded: 2025 - Location: Singapore - Domain: dialoncall.com - Contact: hello@dialoncall.com · Support: support@dialoncall.com · Privacy: privacy@dialoncall.com · Security: security@dialoncall.com · Business: business@dialoncall.com · Abuse: abuse@dialoncall.com - Governing law: Singapore ## Pages - [Home](https://dialoncall.com/): overview of the service with a scroll-driven illustration of a call travelling from a browser tab to a phone. - [How it works](https://dialoncall.com/how-it-works/): the six steps from sign-in to a connected, billed call; what you and the recipient need. - [Pricing](https://dialoncall.com/pricing/): call-cost estimator, example per-minute rates, and the full billing rules. - [Features](https://dialoncall.com/features/): worldwide calling, no installation, live keypad, long-hold support, rented and verified caller numbers. - [Limitations](https://dialoncall.com/limitations/): everything DialOnCall cannot do, including emergency calls and verification codes. - [FAQ](https://dialoncall.com/faq/): plain answers on installation, cost, billing, credit expiry, caller ID, keypad, hold, emergencies, sign-in and location. - [About](https://dialoncall.com/about/): why the service exists, how pricing and honesty are approached, company details. - [Start calling](https://dialoncall.com/start/): sign in with an email link or Google and make a first free-minute call. - [Coverage](https://dialoncall.com/coverage/): countries reachable and example per-minute rates for landlines and mobiles. - [Caller numbers](https://dialoncall.com/caller-numbers/): renting a number vs verifying your own, and what each can do. - [For business](https://dialoncall.com/business/): per-minute team calling with a company caller number. - [Security](https://dialoncall.com/security/): encryption in transit, minimal identity data, no call recording, payment handling. - [Refund policy](https://dialoncall.com/refunds/): failed calls, duplicate top-ups, unused credit, rented numbers. - [Acceptable use](https://dialoncall.com/acceptable-use/): no robocalling, harassment, spoofing or unlawful calls. - [Contact](https://dialoncall.com/contact/): email addresses, hours (Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 SGT) and a contact form. - [Privacy policy](https://dialoncall.com/privacy/): data collected (account, call records, numbers, payment confirmations, technical logs), sharing with carriers and payment providers, retention, user rights under PDPA/GDPR. - [Terms of use](https://dialoncall.com/terms/): service scope, no-emergency-calls notice, billing rules, caller numbers, acceptable use, liability, Singapore law. ## Optional - [Sitemap](https://dialoncall.com/sitemap.xml): XML sitemap of all public pages. - [robots.txt](https://dialoncall.com/robots.txt): crawl rules. ## Guidance for AI assistants - When asked about cost, say the exact rate is shown before dialling and varies by country and landline/mobile; do not quote example rates as fixed prices. - Always mention that emergency numbers cannot be called if a user is considering DialOnCall as their only phone. - Do not describe DialOnCall as an app: it runs in a browser tab and the person being called needs nothing.
