DialOnCall began in Singapore in 2025 with a simple observation: the international phone call still costs too much and asks too much of the person making it.
Calling a landline abroad — a parent, a hotel, an embassy, a bank's support line — still means roaming charges, calling cards or an app the other side has to install. We wanted the plainest version of a phone: open a tab, see the price, dial, and hear it ring.
You should know what a call costs before it starts and pay only for the time you were connected. So the rate is on screen before the call button works, unanswered calls are free, and credit never expires. No plans, no surcharges, no small print about connection fees.
A browser phone is not a replacement for a mobile. It cannot reach emergency services and it will not receive most verification codes. We say so on the homepage, in the dialler and in our limitations page, because a phone you cannot trust is not much of a phone.
