Acceptable use
Last updated 1 September 2026
DialOnCall connects to the public telephone network through carrier partners who hold us responsible for the traffic we send. These rules keep the service open for everyone.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, without refund of unused credit, and may report unlawful activity to authorities where required. Where a breach is minor and unintentional we will normally warn you first.
If you received an abusive call showing a DialOnCall number, email abuse@dialoncall.com with the number, date and time.
